Once a furniture factory, Winter Street Studios is now the home of 77 art studios. In 2005 the building opened as the cornerstone of what would become Sawyer Yards, and has since laid the groundwork for Houston’s thriving arts community. It features the Winter Street Studios Gallery, a 1,800-SF space available for events.
