Nature is my inspiration and watercolor is freedom. My thirty+ year graphic design career has been about precision, reproduction, multi-use and perfection. It provided me a deep understanding of the importance of evoking emotional response, engaging an audience and leaving a lasting impression. My artwork represents my full release of control. Its intent is to connect to emotions, spark thought and ‘stay awhile’ when looking. As a highly sensitivity person, I find and seek deep connection and express it by creating. My hope is that my work evokes an element of joy and leaves you with a feeling that all things can be appreciated and not overlooked if you pause look a little longer.
