The artists of the Silos are proud to announce The Pieces and the Puzzle, a new exhibition of tenant artworks. Participating artists were prompted to define what being an artist means to them, and to explore the components of themselves and their practice that contribute to that definition. From painting and photography to ceramics, fibers, and assemblages with found objects, the artists of the Silos again demonstrate the versatility and diversity within their community - a puzzle of which they are all pieces.
The exhibition is on view in the corridors of the Silos at Sawyer Yards. Join the artists for a celebratory reception on Saturday, September 14, from 5-7pm.
