Artist Chris Pinon presents Heavy Burden of Love, an exhibit dedicated to the "Love Lock" bridges in the Houston area. Pinon combines photographs related to couples and romance, with an installation recreating a love lock fence, using love padlocks displayed along with an eight-foot section of chain link fencing in the North Gallery at Sabine Street Studios.

Chris Pinon has been in the media industry since 1988. His range of experience includes all facets of videography and photography with a little writing thrown in. He is known for his Dia de los Muertos photography and video projects, portraiture, and skyline photography. Join the artist for an interactive reception on Thursday March 27 from 6-8pm! Attendees will be able to place supplied locks on the fence. Heavy Burden of Love is on view through May 10. Sabine Street Studios is open to the public from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday.
