About a decade ago, Chris Gillett had a professional headshot taken, and it was terrible. He looked insane. The scariest part is that neither he nor the photographer recognized it. This experience started him on the path to figuring out how to look likable and confident in headshots. He found the journey very rewarding and having abandoned a 19 year career as a trial lawyer, he is now the preeminent headshot photographer in Houston, facial expression coach, and a mentor to headshot photographers all over the world.
When he isn’t composing self-serving hagiography, he is a father of three children and an avid guitar enthusiast.
